Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 15 days for eligible non-custom items.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for select orders. You'll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.
How long does it take to receive my order?
